ReplyDeleteI like band because when I hear everyone playing it just makes me feel happy and warm inside!(mostly when its played right though!)Our teachers (Mrs. Hill and Mrs. Gibbs)correct us in a kind way thats just enough to let us know we need to practice or try harder next time (if we mess up of course)!I can't help but smiling when we play our songs right the first time and our teachers say kind words to us!Band to me is an inspiration!Thats why I love cms band!!!

Hi my name is josett gravely, i play the flute and the resone i like band is because i wanyed to try something new ohter then a recorder and when i heard of band at cms i considerd on trying the trumpet but i stunk at it so i tryed the flute and it was just the right fit for me it teaches me alot about music and all the sounds.

band can be challenging at first but once you nail it if feels goooood.

ReplyDeletehello my name is luke underwood i play percusion i like band because it give me a chance to show who i really am i like to play music and playing music just makes me feil like i am a reall person it really makes me proud of my self so when i get older i will look back and say to my self wow i am glade i joind band becaus now i know how to play music and i can enjoy my saef and just go sit and relax and play my music so if you are going to go to christiansburg middle school and you are tring to figure out what your elective is going to be i strongly encurage band so you can look back and be proud that you know how to do somthing.

ReplyDeleteThis is Bekka, I play flute. My favorite thing about band is that I get to come and play my instrument and see talents in me and my friends that I have never seen before. I love coming to band and working but never feeling like I'm working because it's so much fun!!! I joined the band because I always loved watching the seventh grade band come to my elementary school and perform. It made me want to be in band since I was in kindergarten! I love band!!!!

Hey its molly and something to pay attention to in our music is our tempo the rest if we are going flat or sharp i dont know if that is the right answer but i think thats something like it by the way the video was hillarious and the band is awsome ( as always ) yaaaay go mrs. gibbs and mrs. hill we rock have fun on your trip with the virginia tech band mrs. gibbs <3 cms band ;D
